NOOYAH BK012 Bike Travel Bags are suitable for bicycles with wheel sizes 26″, 27.5″, up to 29″ (up to 74cm) in diameter.
Solid base bike luggage bag comes with 2 wheels on the base for you to pull along with ease.
Bring your bicycle to overseas with ease. Your bicycle has to be dismantle and the parts to be secured to the various compartment in the bag.
When not travelling overseas, you can park your bike out, and simply fold down this canvas bag and put it to your storage at home. This tough canvas bike bag has a much smaller footprint when folded down. Taking up less space in your storage room.

Wheel Diameter
The 2 wheel compartment by the side pocket of the BK012 Bike Travel Bag can fit wheels of up to 74cm (29″ inch) in diameter.
The wheel compartment fits 26″, 27.5″, up to 29″ (up to 74cm) in diameter.
Wheel Base Length
This bike travel bag will fit most bicycles with a wheel base length of up to 126cm (49.5″ inch). Most of the bicycle will be able to fit into this bike bag.
Tips: If your bike, especially a mountain bike with a full suspension, has a wheel-base length longer than 126cm, you can consider deflating the front fork suspension to allow the fork to shorten and fit into the length of the bag.

A solid floor board supporting the entire bag. It also provides a strong support to protect the bike from stacking weights if they are being piled on top of one another. The weight pressure can be spread out.
BK012 Accessories Parts
The BK012 Bike Travel Bag comes with the following standard accessories inside the packaging.
- 4x Corner rods (to protect and firm up the edge of the bag)
- 1x Bike frame support pad to hold the frame so that the chain plate and the rear derailleur will not directly touch the bottom. The support pad is adjustable.
- 1x Crankset chain cover
- 2x Bike fork (front and back) supporting rods
- 4x Wheel protection rods
- 2x Brake pad spacer
- 1x Frame liner (secure bike handle bar to the frame)
- 1x Instruction Manual
- 2x Bag supporting panel (front and back)
(1) Corner Rods
These are 4 glass fibre rods protecting your bike from the corners of the bags.
To be slot into the long pocket at the 4 corners of the bike travel bag. 2 rods for the front corner (left/right), 2 rods for the back corner (left/right).
Providing firm support around the edge of the bag.
(2) Bike frame support pad
This foam block is for supporting the bottom of the bicycle frame. It lift up the frame so that the crankset gear chain will not be resting on the base of the bag. The supporting pressure will be on the bike frame instead of the crankset.
(3) Crankset chain cover
This covers up your crankset chain, protect your gear, and isolating grease/oil.
(4) Bike fork supporting rods
Support rod for the bike fork ensures that the fork frame stays in shape from external impact and weight pressure on your bike.
The black rod supports the front fork of your bike.
The white rod supports the back fork of your bike.
(5) Wheel Protection Rods
This 4 pieces of white rod is to be slotted into the zip cover of the wheel storage compartments which are at both sides of the bag. Light weight supporting rods is for protecting the bicycle wheels, and also a a support to firm up the bag.
(6) Brake Pad Spacer
This is a brake pad spacer.
The bicycle’s brake pad tends to stick together when the wheel is removed. They can stick or deform. This brake pad spacer revent brake pad damage.
This brake pad spacer is a small plastic (Red plastic piece) that sits between the brake pads of your bike’s rim brakes or disc brakes. Its main purpose is to prevent the brake pads from sticking together or accidentally closing when the wheel is removed.
How to Use It?
- Remove the wheel.
- Insert the spacer between the brake pads.
- Packed the bike safely without risk of squeezing the pads together.
- Remove the spacer before reinstalling the wheel and using the brakes.
Tips: Keep it in a safe place. If it’s lost, you can use a piece of cardboard or a specially made plastic shim as a replacement.
(7) Frame Liner
Frame liner help to secure your dismantle handle bar to the frame of your bicycle. Helps to secure to ensure the parts are not moving and reduce knocking with one another during transportation.

This bike travel bag assembly and bike preparation guide is included inside the product package. The user installation instruction that you can follow along especially when you are using it for the first time.
(9) Bag Supporting Panel
This two pieces of supporting panel needs to be slot in the front and back of the bike bag. The PE panel board provides a firm supporting bagging structure for the front and back of the bag.

Tips: Checking in Bike Travel Bag on flight
These are some safety reminder before you check-in your bicycle luggage onboard the plane.
Tires has to be deflated. This is before the air pressure at a higher attitude is low. When expose to the atmosphere, the tire may blast.
Any batteries have to be remove from the check-in luggage. Batteries that may be inside your bicycle torch light, signalling/brake light, and any other electronic devices.
Failure to do so may cause you some delay, as the security may check and you may get called back to rectify these safety measures.
