Custom-cut foam inserts help keep your items secure, organised, and well-presented inside your hard case. They are also a cost-effective solution for high-volume production.
If you need a custom-fit foam insert for storing irregular or odd-shaped items, we can help.
You can submit your engineering CAD drawing for a quotation.
If you do not have an engineering drawing, you may also send us a photo of your items together with your preferred layout. The design and engineering drawing fee starts from SGD$1500 and above, depending on the complexity of your customised form insert project.
A one-time production setup fee starts from SGD$600.
Foam insert pricing starts from SGD$30–50 per piece, depending on the material, size, complexity and order quantity.
